This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our sites or buy our products, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are Current Digital Marketing LLC, doing business as Market With Mark ("we," "us," "our").

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Email address — when you buy a product, request access to a purchase, or subscribe to updates.
• Name and billing details — when you make a purchase. Payment card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Anything you send us — for example, the contents of a support email.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data — pages visited, referring site, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see section 3.

2. How we use your information

• To deliver what you bought, including granting and restoring access to purchased digital products.
• To provide customer support and respond to your messages.
• To send product updates and marketing emails you have opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To measure and improve our sites, products, and advertising.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

3. Cookies and tracking

We use the following on our sites:

• Essential access cookie — after you unlock a purchased product, we store a secure, signed cookie so you stay logged in. It lasts up to 180 days and contains only your email and a purchase reference. The site does not work as intended without it.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — measures ad performance and builds audiences for advertising.
• Analytics — aggregate traffic and performance measurement.
• Session/heatmap tracking — anonymous interaction data (clicks, mouse movement) used to improve page layout.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can limit ad tracking through your device settings or your Meta ad preferences. Blocking non-essential cookies will not stop you from using products you have purchased.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles your card details directly under its own privacy policy.
• GoHighLevel — our CRM and email platform, which stores your contact record.
• Vercel — website hosting and analytics.
• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, via the pixel described above.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. How long we keep it

We keep purchase and contact records for as long as needed to provide access to what you bought, to comply with tax and accounting rules, and to resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 7).

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and signed access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR (Europe/UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California) — you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct information that is inaccurate;
• Request deletion of your information;
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time;
• Opt out of the "sharing" of information for targeted advertising.

8. Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International visitors

We operate in the United States. If you access our sites from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on our site.
